By using wwwfate.com ("wwwfate", "we", "us", "the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What wwwfate is

wwwfate provides lightweight, AI-assisted naming tools for entertainment and creative-inspiration purposes (e.g. suggesting a name for a pet based on a photo and a short questionnaire). Suggestions are generated by AI models and are provided as creative inspiration only — they are not professional, legal, medical, or veterinary advice of any kind.

2. Use of the service

You must be able to legally enter into these terms in your jurisdiction to use the service.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, or that you do not have the right to share.
You agree not to attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent rate limits or security measures of the service.
The service is provided "as is" without accounts; access may be limited by usage caps to keep it available to everyone.

3. Payments

The core naming tool is free to use. We also offer an optional paid add-on, the Keepsake Certificate ($1.99), a downloadable/shareable certificate for the name you were given. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Creem), and the price is shown before checkout. Payments made through our provider are subject to that provider's own terms and refund policies. Because the certificate is generated per-request and delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our discretion.

4. Intellectual property

Names and text generated by the service are provided to you for your own personal or business use (e.g. actually naming your pet or product). We do not claim ownership over a name you choose to use. The wwwfate brand, design, and underlying software remain the property of wwwfate.

5. No warranty

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, culturally inappropriate for your context, or simply not to your taste — please use your own judgment before adopting any suggestion.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wwwfate and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
